How to Join Phoenix and Get Started

MEMBERSHIPS HAVE NO MIN PERIOD CONTRACTS > YOU PAY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION IN ADVANCE TO BE A MEMBER. (24hr access is available on request for 18+ Adults)

Start – With an appointment to discuss membership, what we offer and what you are looking for. Follow the 3 simple steps below. 

Phoenix Gym specialises in getting beginners started. We have people starting all the time in our beginner classes. We know what it is like to do your first class and turn up not sure of what to expect from a Muaythai/Boxing gym. You can come and watch anytime, talk to staff and look around. When you want to start training – you need to join and you need a starter pack. 

We know people may be nervous, unsure, intimidated or think they are not fit enough – all this is unnecessary – we have seen it all – just jump in, have a go and you will figure out if you like it. ACTION CURES FEAR! Our club has over 20 years’ experience in getting people started and enough people have been here for long enough to show you that it works. We are established and we have done this by keeping beginners and ensuring they are coached and welcomed from day 1.

We have something for everyone at Phoenix. Everyone got started as a beginner! Every class is planned, structured and organised. All fitness and martial art training is developmental, gets results and is disciplined. Come in and talk about how to join and fit training in your life.  

Trial obligations: The 8 days FREE starts from when you do your first class as a member. You have 5 business days to cancel (via email to Phoenix –if you do not want your first membership subscription to be debited.)

During this ‘8 day trial’ period the membership trial is ‘two way’. This means it is also a trial for Phoenix to ensure that our new members are healthy enough to continue regular training and also conduct themselves as expected as a Phoenix Member. This means: trial members are expected to demonstrate they can abide by our rules, policies and regulations. Trial members are also expected to demonstrate a positive level of effort, commitment, respect, discipline and personal attributes that will ensure a continuing membership will be of benefit to both parties. 

Once membership subscription is commenced, all membership conditions are enforced.  All members are expected to continually abide by the terms and conditions of membership or membership can be cancelled by Phoenix at any time.

Membership cancellation. In accordance with your membership agreement, we need 14 days cancellation, in writing on a Phoenix cancellation form. 

Step 1

Book an appointment at Phoenix to talk to a Senior Coach about membership, how to join and everything you need to know to get started.
Book via email, phone or contact us on this web page. Or, use the tab to book a consultation. Your first appointment will take about 15 minutes and is so you can look, ask and see if it is for you. 
 

Step 2

Join. You can do this at your first consultation or make a time to join when you are ready.
YOU GET 8 DAYS FREE TO TRY! 
You make your first payment via direct debit after your free trial. Then your membership fees will be paid via direct debit every month. 
During this time you will be fitted for your starter pack and signed up for your membership subscription. 

 

Step 3

Start training.  Everyone needs to be a member to start training. You will be ready to go, have the gear and know what to expect.
You will step into your first class confident and comfortable in what to expect. Your journey starts now.
